Sarah Cozewith

Sarah Cozewith currently serves as Vice President of Workforce Development at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the largest hotel association in the U.S., since December 2021. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Workforce Development at the National Apartment Association from April 2013 to December 2021, where the focus was on advocating quality rental housing for multifamily housing owners and stakeholders. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at the NRF Foundation from January 1999 to April 2013, first as Senior Director of Learning Initiatives and later as Director of the Retail Skills Center, overseeing career development initiatives in the retail sector. Sarah began their career at Trizec Hahn, serving as Director of Customer Service and Specialty Leasing Manager from January 1991 to January 1998. Educational qualifications include an A.A.S. in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University.
