Rachael Lai

Rachael Lai, PharmD, is a Senior Manager in Medical Information and Medical Review at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael served as a Post-doctoral Fellow in Medical Information/Payer & Health Systems with a focus on Hematology and Oncology at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from July 2021 to January 2023, while also fulfilling the position of Clinical Instructor in Pharmacy Practice at Saint Joseph's University during the same period. Rachael's earlier experience includes roles as Pharmacy Intern and Pharmacy Technician at Albertsons Companies, Advanced Academic Assistant and Near-Peer Mentor at The University of Texas at Austin, and a brief externship at Bristol Myers Squibb in Worldwide Cardiovascular Medical Strategy. Rachael holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, further complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Dallas.
