Jasmine Moore, MBA, MHSA, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jasmine is currently working as a Consultant in Client Analytics at Decision Point since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked on a Capstone Project for the Northside Food Cooperative from January 2022 to June 2022, where they conducted focus groups to identify food access needs for the cooperative.

From August 2021 to April 2022, Jasmine worked as a Quality Specialist at Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear. In this role, they led quality improvement efforts at practices across Southeastern NC by identifying areas for improvement, supporting data validation, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Jasmine also provided practice support and created training guides to enhance efficiency in data management.

Jasmine gained experience in the consulting field as an Associate Consultant in Total Health Management at Mercer from January 2021 to August 2021. Jasmine collaborated with clients to develop well-being strategies, advised on health and benefits products, and conducted data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.

Before this, Jasmine interned at Sepsis Alliance as a Policy and Advocacy Intern, working to save lives and reduce suffering from sepsis. In 2020, they interned at Forward Cities in their Research & Evaluation Department, focusing on increasing access to entrepreneurship for underserved populations. Jasmine also worked as a Summer Fellow at PadSplit and as a Research Analyst at Second Day.

Jasmine's education and professional experience also include being a Graduate Assistant at Xavier University's Office of Institutional Research from August 2018 to April 2020. Additionally, they interned at Mercer as a Consulting Intern in Total Health Management from May 2019 to August 2019. Jasmine began their academic journey in 2013 at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Sociology.

In 2018, Jasmine enrolled at Xavier University, where they pursued two simultaneous master's degrees. Jasmine completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program from Xavier University in 2020. Concurrently, they also pursued a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree, which they obtained in 2021.

Additionally, Jasmine furthered their education with a certificate from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago in 2020. Jasmine completed a Data and Policy Summer Scholar Program, enhancing their knowledge in this specific field.

To expand their expertise in public health, Jasmine pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Simmons University, starting in 2020. Jasmine is expected to complete this program in 2022. Jasmine'sfocus within the MPH program is on Public Health Health Equity.
