We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team*.* In this role, you will work in our Pune, Maharashtra office as an integral member of our Administration team to ensure we increase our company’s success with our growing base of clients.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions based out of India, the US, and Canada.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.

  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

  • Review and understand technical job requirements.

  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.

  • Research new technologies.

  • Create detailed job descriptions.

  • Follow up with candidates.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline; and two years of related professional experience; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Technical Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing candidates through social media platforms like Naukri and Dice.
  • Should have prior experience recruiting in the North American region.
  • Should be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems like Bamboo, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
