Diana Sardi Montenegro is an accomplished account manager at DecoPac, Inc. since March 2022 and the owner of Ponky's Home Bakery, where cake and dessert creations are expertly crafted since 2011. Diana has an extensive background in culinary education, having served as a Kitchen Lab and Jr. Chef Academy teacher at Cumbres International School Querétaro from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, cooking instruction was provided at Menjant from 2015 to 2018, focusing on international cooking and pastry courses. Previously, as executive sous chef for the Federación Venezolana de Bridge from 2011 to 2014, menu items were crafted and prepared daily. Diana holds an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from IGA - Instituto Gastronómico de las Américas, earned in 2014, and a high school diploma from La Salle La Colina.
