Aileen Flach

Aileen joined DDC in 2012. Aileen Flach is the Vice President of Human Resources for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Aileen is responsible for overseeing all of DDC’s HR functions, including employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, human resource compliance, employee development and career pathing, human resources information systems, and wellness programming. She works to ensure that DDC maintains its longstanding reputation as one of the Capital Region’s Best Places to Work.

Aileen has been PHR certified since 2006. She is also a graduate of the inaugural CRHRA Leadership Program and currently serves as co-chair for the program. Aileen is an active member of the Capital Region Human Resource Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and serves as an Advisory Committee member for the HR Executive Briefing Series.
