Position

As a Senior System Engineer at Dedrone, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT support program,
ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, and driving the evolution of our technology
environment. You will work collaboratively with IT team members, software developers, and other
departments to provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and ensure the security and efficiency of
our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT support program, providing expert assistance to Dedrone team members for their IT needs
  on various endpoints.
• Collaborate on the day-to-day maintenance of our AWS environment, including implementing new
  features and contributing to the design and engineering of the overall environment.
• Work closely with the software development team, taking ownership of individual projects and leading
  them to successful completion, ensuring efficient generation of new product features.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues on strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing technology and
  security within the IT environment.
• Drive network design implementation, leveraging a strong understanding of LAN/WAN principles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint support, with a strong emphasis on Linux support.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS support.
• Demonstrated ability to lead network design implementation with a strong understanding of LAN/WAN
  principles.
• Proven ability to work independently, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, allowing for clear articulation of ideas and opinions.

Preferred, but Not Mandatory:

• Previous experience in software development, programming, and code development.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and practices.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN network security, particularly firewalls and VPN.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks, especially ISO and SOC.
