Andreea Toma is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Deel since October 2022, Andreea has played a pivotal role in crafting client strategies and leading a team of Customer Success Managers in the APAC region. Prior to Deel, Andreea was with Instapage, where contributions included enhancing trial-to-paid conversion rates for self-serve customers. Andreea's background includes roles in project management and technical support at iSoftBet and Nokia, as well as managerial experience as an Operations Manager at Keep Clean. Andreea holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.
