Owen Obrien

Owen O'Brien is an accomplished psychotherapist with extensive experience in mental health and education. Currently serving as a psychotherapist at Deep Eddy Psychotherapy, PLLC since February 2016, Owen provides in-depth individual therapy and facilitates interpersonal process groups. As Clinical Director, Owen managed a team of 40 clinicians, supported their professional development, and collaborated on critical business decisions. Previous roles include crisis social worker on the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team at Austin Travis County Integral Care and curriculum consultant for the University of Texas Institute for Public School Initiatives. Owen's background also includes mentoring high school students, guiding college advisement, and facilitating community-oriented events.
