Tomoya Ishii

Tomoya Ishii is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Channel Sales Director at Deep Instinct since November 2021, Tomoya was previously Channel Sales Manager, overseeing channel and hi-touch sales in the manufacturing sector. Prior roles at VMware included Solution Sales Manager for Networking & Security Sales, where Tomoya managed the NSX family in Japan, and Group Leader of NSX sales. Tomoya's career began at Net One Systems Co., Ltd., as a Sales Manager focused on the automotive industry, and included earlier positions at Hitachi Cable, Ltd. as a Network System Engineer and researcher for automotive parts. Tomoya holds a Master's degree in Materials Science from the University of Tsukuba and a Bachelor's degree in basic engineering with a focus on materials.
