Daniel also serves as a Member of the Management Board at Algae-UK, a network supporting scientists and engineers working with algae for biotechnological applications. With a background in phycology and environmental science, Daniel has extensive experience in the industrial use of microalgae for various environmental and biotechnological purposes. Daniel has held key roles in companies such as Remediiate and Industrial Phycology, where Daniel has worked on developing processes for carbon capture and wastewater treatment using algae. Daniel's expertise extends to consulting on deep tech solutions, networking, project management, and process engineering in the field of biotechnology.
