William Kaplan

Will Kaplan is currently working as a Principal Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at DeepCure. Previously, Will held the position of Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at Merck for five years. Will pursued a Medicinal Chemistry Ph.D. at the University of Michigan after completing a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the College of William and Mary. As an undergraduate researcher at William and Mary, Will conducted microbiology research with Dr. Mark Forsyth, focusing on identifying and characterizing bacteria capable of degrading silica-based diatom frustules for biofuel extraction.
