Mayron T. has a progressive work experience in HR and rewards management, starting as a Consultant at Willis Towers Watson in 2018, then advancing to roles at Mercer and Alixio. Currently, Mayron serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards and HRIS at Deepki, previously holding the position of Head of C&B, HR IS, and Analytics within the same company. Additionally, Mayron is an Investor at Time for the Planet since 2022.

Mayron T. completed a Master's degree in HR Strategy at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
