Micah Donald

Micah Donald has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Micah is currently working at Deepwatch as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering. Prior to this, they held positions as the Director of SecOps Engineering and Director of Operations Engineering at the same organization. Micah also worked as a Principal Engineer and Onboarding Engineer - Team Lead.

Before joining Deepwatch, Micah worked as a vSoc Engineer II at GuidePoint Security. Micah also served as a Tier 2 Security Engineer at ReliaQuest.

Starting their career at Guardian Information Services, Inc., Micah held the role of Lead Systems Engineer, where they streamlined troubleshooting processes and managed a small engineering team. Micah also worked as a Desktop Support Technician during their time at the company.

Micah Donald completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Clearwater Christian College from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Micah attended the University of South Florida from 2013 to 2014, studying Computer Science. Micah also obtained several certifications including Splunk Certified Architect from Splunk in 2018, and Blue Coat certifications in various areas such as CAP Partner Sales Accreditation and Cloud Service: Web Security from Blue Coat Systems acquired by Symantec in November 2016.
