Abhinav Biswas

Abhinav Biswas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cyber strategy planning, audits, compliance, security administration, risk management, and secure software development. Currently serving as Executive Manager at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) since September 2012, Abhinav has held multiple technical roles, contributing to security research and incident response. As a Chevening Fellow in Cyber Security at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, Abhinav was selected as one of six outstanding fellows from India. Additionally, Abhinav is an Advisory Council Member at the Society For Cyberabad Security Council, Technical Committee Member at the National Cyber Defence Research Centre, and a Task-force Member for the Bureau of Indian Standards. With a strong educational background that includes an M.Tech from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Abhinav has also been involved in electoral operations with the Election Commission of India, orchestrating significant electoral processes.
