Jill Hatcher

Jill Hatcher is currently the Director Strategy People Change & Corporate at Defence Equipment & Support. Jill has previously held roles such as Chief People Officer at the UK Home Office, HR Director at HM Passport Office and UK Visas & Immigration, and Deputy Director of HR Operations at the Department for Transport. Jill has a strong background in HR, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Jill has also completed a Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and holds a PhD in Bioinorganic Analytical Chemistry from the University of Surrey.
