Tom is an accomplished HR leader, business executive, and communications expert. He has 25 years of experience overseeing big data organizations and finding solutions that elevate company performance and deliver measurable value through its people.

Prior to joining Definitive Healthcare, Tom served as head of talent management at Homesite Insurance. Previously, he served as a chief human resource officer at Havas Media, and as a VP of marketing at Digitas.

Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
