Stephen Hughes has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, having held the title in multiple companies such as Definitive Logic, GovernmentCIO, and Schafer Corporation. Prior to that, Stephen worked as an EVP, CFO & Treasurer at Schafer Corporation. Stephen also served as a Principal Consultant as an Independent Consultant, providing advisory services to various clients. Hughes excelled as the CFO and EVP Operations at SRA International, where Stephen managed a large team and co-led the industry's best IPO in 2002. Additionally, Stephen has a background in Audit Supervision from Coopers & Lybrand and holds a B.B.A in Accounting from James Madison University.
