Brett Simpson

Brett Simpson has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Brett is currently working as a Back End Developer at Degreed since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Team Lead at Collection House Group from July 2019 to October 2021. Before taking on the leadership role, Brett was an Analyst Programmer at Collection House Group from January 2017 to June 2019. Brett also gained experience as a Senior .Net Developer at Ladbrokes in 2016 and as an Operational Support at Egis from December 2015 to May 2016. Brett started their career as a Consultant at Dialog Information Technology in March 2011 and worked there until December 2015.

Brett Simpson obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from TAFE Queensland in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Brett has obtained certifications including "Learning the OWASP Top 10" from LinkedIn in June 2023 and "Redis Labs | RU101: Introduction to Redis Data Structures" from Redis Labs in February 2020.
