Rob Escano has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rob has held various HR leadership roles in companies like Del Monte Philippines, Pfizer, The Coca-Cola Company, Avon, Heinz UFC Philippines Inc., CEMEX, and Nestle S.A. Rob'smost recent role was as the Head of Talent Management and HR Business Partner at Del Monte Philippines. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner at LEaP HR Analytics Corporation. Rob has also served as an HR Director at Pfizer and held different leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Avon, and Heinz UFC Philippines Inc. Rob Escano began their career in 1993 at Nestle S.A., where they held various management roles.

Rob Escano earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University in 1993. Rob then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the De La Salle University - Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 1999.
