Joseph Schell

Joseph Schell is an experienced Data & GIS Specialist currently working at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control since September 2022, having previously held roles such as Community Conservation Specialist. Prior to this, Joseph managed volunteers at Brandywine Zoo and served as a Biological Science Technician with USDA APHIS. Joseph has a solid foundation in community engagement as a Community Volunteer Ambassador with AmeriCorps and has contributed to research related to bat populations during work as a Graduate Assistant at East Stroudsburg University. Educationally, Joseph holds a Master of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Zoology specialization from Delaware Valley University.
