Michael Nicholls-Pierce

Michael Nicholls-Pierce is an experienced professional in public relations and media management. Currently serving as the Manager of Public Relations for the Global Institute for Equity, Inclusion and Civil Rights at Delaware State University since March 2023, Michael also leads Nicholls-Pierce & Company, a media company founded in April 2017 that specializes in creative and commercial content. Prior experience includes roles such as Client Care Manager at Home Instead Senior Care, where leadership and management of client services were prioritized, and Vault Teller-Administrator at Costco Wholesale, responsible for financial transactions. Additional experience includes working as a Project Coordinator for New Castle County (DE) Government and as a Junior Fellow at the University Center for Economic Development and International Trade. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from Delaware State University, earned in 2019.
