Mark Basla has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Mark recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at DVIRC, where they played a pivotal role in rebranding the company. Mark was also actively involved with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC Philadelphia Chapter) as the Past President and Vice President of Finance. Mark previously held positions at DVIRC as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Additionally, Mark showcased their entrepreneurial skills as the Principal at Brand Culture, where they contributed to the growth of Managed IT Service provider Systems Solutions, Inc. Mark has also worked as the Director of Marketing and Communications at InfraSource, an Exelon Company, and Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications at Axiohm. Mark's earlier experience includes the position of Vice President of Marketing at Dine-A-Mate, where they successfully expanded the business nationally. Their expertise lies in brand building, marketing strategy, and integrated communications.

Mark Basla attended Onondaga Community College from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Fine and Applied Art. Following this, they enrolled at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1985 to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design. In June 2012, Mark Basla obtained a Lean Certification from DVIRC.
