Brooke Garcher

Brooke Garcher is a seasoned professional in sustainability and urban planning with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Environmental Design from the University of California, Davis. Since August 2021, Brooke has served as a Senior Program Coordinator at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission and previously held the role of Sustainability Program Analyst. Experience includes working as a Promise Zone VISTA in the City of Philadelphia, focusing on community empowerment and economic opportunity, and as an Associate Transportation Planner at Caltrans, where Brooke facilitated funding allocation and project implementation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
