Brian Veasman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brian has held various leadership roles with Delek US Holdings, Inc., including Vice President of Retail Operations and Senior Director of Operational Excellence. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and leading operational teams, implementing process improvements, and overseeing multiple departments.

Prior to their time at Delek, Brian worked at MAPCO Express as the Director of Operations & Risk Management, where they guided organizational operations during a company sale and led a team of over 500 employees. Brian also served as the Operations Project Manager and District Manager at MAPCO, where they successfully managed large projects and turned around a divested district by increasing sales and profitability.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a General Manager at Cracker Barrel, where they elevated a troubled store to top sales performance. Brian also served as a District Manager at The Krystal Company.

Before entering the private sector, Brian Veasman had a successful career in the US Army as an Aviation Mechanical Supervisor.

Brian Veasman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration with a Business major from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Brian also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management of Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable," "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader," "How to Master Your Executive Presence," "The Foundational Principle Separating Good Leaders from Bad Ones," and "The Three Pillars of Effective Communication" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they have obtained a 10-Hour OSHA General Industry certification from OSHA.
