Tara Martin, CCEP, CFE, CIA has extensive experience in the fields of ethics, compliance, and internal audit. Tara currently holds the position of Director Ethics & Compliance at Delek US Holdings, Inc., where they manage the company's Compliance & Ethics hotline, conducts investigations, and oversees conflict-of-interest disclosures. Prior to this role, they served as Sr. Manager - Internal Audit and Audit Manager at the same company, leading audits, writing reports, and ensuring policy compliance. Before joining Delek US Holdings, Inc., Tara worked at Kinder Morgan, Inc., where they held the positions of Sr. Auditor - Internal Audit, Accountant, and Insurance Administrator. Tara Martin, CCEP, CFE, CIA, holds an MBA degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Baylor University, earning a BBA degree from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Tara has obtained several certifications including Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors.
