Sharon Anne Ricafrente, MLS (ASCP), CLS, currently serves as the Manager of Laboratory Operations and Lead Clinical Lab Scientist at Delfi Diagnostics since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Lead Clinical Lab Scientist at BillionToOne and Supervisor of Clinical Operations at Guardant Health, where extensive skills in molecular testing and laboratory management were demonstrated. Ricafrente has a solid background in various laboratory operations, including reagent qualification, assay validation, and preventive maintenance.
