Yuhua Zong (Sara)

Yuhua (Sara) Zong is a Clinical Data Scientist at Delfi Diagnostics since December 2021, responsible for leading the design and development of clinical study data pipelines and clinical study reports. Previously, Yuhua served as a Statistical Analyst at GRAIL, Inc., where collaboration with biostatisticians involved reviewing statistical analysis plans and preparing analysis-ready clinical data. Yuhua began a career in data science as a trainee at Metis, completing a bootcamp focused on key data science skills. Academic contributions include research assistant roles at the University of Michigan, specializing in survival analysis and categorical analysis of clinical data. Earlier experience encompasses significant scientific roles at Assembly Biosciences, NGM Biopharmaceuticals, and the University of California, Davis, focusing on medical research and biological assays. Yuhua holds an MS in Biostatistics from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
