Nengminthang Joshua

Nengminthang Joshua has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nengminthang started their career as an Operations Project Engineer at Shell BG in 2007 and worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Factory Engineer at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Nengminthang then joined PepsiCo in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Commercialization Leader. In 2019, they became the General Manager at ITC Limited and worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Delhivery since 2023. Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated expertise in operations, productivity improvement, strategic projects, and leadership.
