Tim Monaghan

Tim Monaghan has extensive experience in culinary innovation and business development within the food industry. Currently serving at Deli Star Corporation since January 2022, Tim previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Southeastern Mills / JMH International, LLC from June 2016 to January 2022. Prior roles include Regional Account Manager at Skidmore Sales & Distributing Co., Inc. and Corporate Chef / National Account Manager at Kraft Food Ingredients, where responsibilities encompassed national foodservice accounts. From June 2002 to October 2013, Tim was a National Account Manager at Kerry Ingredients and Flavors, managing various product lines and leading culinary councils for product development. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
