Kathryn Nicholls has extensive experience in HR operations, currently serving as the HR Operations Manager at Delinian since January 2019. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies from July 2014 to December 2018 as the UK HR Operations Manager, overseeing HR Shared Services for approximately 12,000 employees and successfully managing the transfer of HR services from the UK to India. Kathryn's career also includes a position as HR Services Manager at Mercer, where leadership of a team provided services for over 3,000 employees, as well as roles at HSBC and Sky, including Assistant HR Services Manager and HR Services Team Leader, respectively.
