Frederic Fuseau 傅睿 is an experienced hospitality and food service professional with a diverse background managing operations across various renowned establishments. Currently serving as the Site General Manager at Deliveroo’s largest cloud kitchen in Bordeaux since November 2021, Frederic has also held significant roles including Team Leader at Deliveroo’s NRX Europe, Country Manager for Zizzi Restaurants in China, and Director of Food and Beverage at Three on the Bund under Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
