Maria Eduarda Natividade

Maria Eduarda Natividade has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria Eduarda started their career as an Assistant in Personnel III at Grupo Nexxera from August 2013 to January 2018. Maria Eduarda then worked as an Analyst of People at Uatt? from March 2018 to January 2019, where they managed the company's payroll and benefits system. Maria then joined Delivery Much Brasil in September 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruiting and onboarding employees for both business and technology departments. Maria Eduarda eventually moved up to the role of HR Business Partner, where they focused on supporting the business and technology areas in their people strategies and leadership development, as well as implementing programs for performance management and team training. Maria was later promoted to the position of People and Culture Coordinator, where they led the Talent Acquisition team and was involved in developing the People Partner area, focusing on development, performance, and culture. Currently, Maria holds the position of Head of People at Delivery Much Brasil, leading the People department's strategic initiatives.

Maria Eduarda Natividade graduated from Faculdade Estácio de Sá between 2016 and 2021, where they studied Psychology. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications.
