Erin Donohue

Erin Donohue is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dell Technologies since June 2013, Erin leads HR Business Partners to enhance the talent strategy within Dell’s Storage and CTO organizations, advising executive leadership on organizational design and talent development. Prior experience includes roles at State Street as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Recruiter, where Erin provided strategic consultation to senior management and supported a client base of 1,600 employees. Additional experience includes recruiting senior-level positions at Liberty Mutual and serving as a Relationship Manager at State Street Corporation, along with earlier roles in admissions and technical recruiting. Erin holds a BA in Management with a minor in Sociology from Gettysburg College.
