Deniz Daviran

Deniz Daviran is a Cryo Application Specialist at Delmic since November 2022, with prior experience as an Image Analyst at Radboudumc from May 2021 to November 2022. In this role, Deniz managed the correction of imaging defects in RT-FIB/SEM and cryo-FIB/SEM images, developed workflows and protocols for automated image processing, provided support and training to biologists, implemented deep learning techniques for noise reduction in microscopy images, and created user-friendly interfaces for image post-processing. Previous roles include Product Developer at HCM Medical and Student Assistant at Radboud University Medical Centre Nijmegen. Deniz holds a Master's degree in molecular systems and material chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology, a Master of Engineering in process control and simulation from Sharif University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
