Pip is a member of the Deloitte Australia executive team, leading the firm’s Talent, Workforce and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) agenda. Pip is also the national leader of Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and a member of the Consulting executive team. She is passionate about making work better for people and people better at work.

In her Executive Talent role, Pip leads Deloitte’s Talent, Workforce and DEI strategy and experience, through the attraction, engagement and development of Deloitte’s workforce.

Pip’s Human Capital teams work with leaders in every industry to improve business performance by reimagining their organisation’s work, workforces and workplaces. By combining technology with the human experience they unlock innovation and create meaningful work.
