Frank was elected Managing Partner and Chief Executive in 2011 and assumed the role in 2012, with a mandate to preserve and grow Deloitte’s position as Canada’s leading professional services firm. He is also a member of Deloitte’s global executive team and Chair of the Americas Executive Committee since 2012. He previously led both the global and Canadian Financial Advisory practices, which, under his leadership, achieved exceptional performance and growth.
Frank has had a distinguished career, with many accomplishments as a leader at the forefront of the profession. He has been recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, reflecting the positive influence he has had on thousands of students, chartered business valuators, chartered accountants, and national and international business leaders.
He is a long-standing champion for inclusion and diversity and has developed and led initiatives worldwide, including his current role as Chair of the Canadian firm’s Inclusion Council and as co-founder of the Canadian Women’s Initiative. He has been recognized by the United Nations for his demonstrated commitment to the advancement and empowerment of women in the workplace, marketplace and community.
His leadership goes beyond his professional career. He is an active member of various boards, including Trustee of the International Valuation Standards Council, member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Schulich School of Business, co-Chair of the David Cornfield Melanoma Fund, and Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Canadian Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship. Deeply involved in educating future leaders, he is also an accomplished lecturer for universities and professional associations.
