Heather Rone

Heather Rone has extensive work experience in various roles within the medical and healthcare field. Heather is currently employed as an ABA Registered Behavior Technician at The Autism Therapy Group, starting in January 2022. Before this, they held the position of Vice President, Clinical Affairs at Delphinus Medical Technologies, Inc. since January 2015. Prior to that, from January 2015 to January 2020, they served as Vice President, Clinical Operations at ALARA Systems, Inc. Heather also worked at GE Healthcare as a Senior Manager, Clinical Affairs and Technology (U-Systems) from November 2012 to December 2014. Before their time at GE Healthcare, they held positions at U-Systems, Inc., including Senior Manager, Clinical Programs and Technology from October to November 2012, and Manager, Clinical Research, Clinical Affairs from April 2008 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, Heather worked as Manager, Third Party Reproduction Services at Fertility Physicians of Northern California from August 2006 to April 2008, and as Coordinator, Clinical Research from January 2005 to April 2008. Heather also gained experience as a Research Assistant and Medical Assistant at the University of Washington, Fertility and Endocrine Center from September 2002 to September 2004, and as an Undergrad Research Assistant at the University of Washington, Department of Psychology from September 1999 to June 2002.

Heather Rone attended the University of Washington from 1999 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from the CITI Program, including "Conflicts of Interest," "Researchers," "Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR)," "Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research," and "Social/Behavioral Research Course" in January 2022. Heather also holds certifications in "GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Medical Devices (U.S. FDA Focus)," "Good Clinical Practice (GCP)," and "Conflict of Interest" obtained in previous years. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in "Staff (IPS)" and "Group 3 Good Clinical Practice and ICH (GCP)" from the CITI Program.
