Kimberly Ball started their career in 2013 as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Marketing & Event Resources. Kimberly then worked at HMG Strategy from 2014 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Marketing and Communications Intern, Marketing Assistant, Marketing and Client Relations Manager, and Client Relations and Program Manager. During their time at HMG Strategy, Kimberly successfully managed sponsor relationships, generated sales leads, and implemented new event management platforms. In 2021, they joined ServiceNow as a Customer Engagement Manager before transitioning to their current role as a Customer Advocacy Manager at Delphix in 2022.

Kimberly Ball earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and Economics from Sacred Heart University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a ValueSelling Certification from Visualize - Inc in October 2021.
