Romit Raste

Romit Raste has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Romit is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Delphix since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Data Dynamics as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner from March 2021 to March 2022. In 2016, they joined Optymyze and held various positions, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. During their time at Optymyze, their responsibilities included spearheading the entire end-to-end recruitment function, managing ATS for local hiring, and engaging with stakeholders to discuss business requirements. Before Optymyze, Romit worked at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search as a Senior International Research Associate, focusing on executive search and talent acquisition. Romit also had recruitment roles at iPlace USA, conducting in-depth interviews and sourcing candidates using various techniques. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Internal Sales Representative at Dell International Services and completed an internship at Reliance Money, where they gained knowledge and skills in the finance industry. Overall, Romit Raste has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment with experience in multiple industries and organizations.

Romit Raste completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Finance from ICFAI Business School from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Advanced Accountancy/Computers from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including "Talent Magnet: Aligning Recruitment, Employer Branding & Business Requirements" from BeNext.club in April 2022, "Hirist.com Tech Recruiter" from hirist.com in May 2020, and "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" from DevSkiller in May 2020.
