Asmar Ghafoor

Asmar Ghafoor has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting, spanning over 14 years. Asmar currently works at Delphix as the Global Senior Director - Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for building the infrastructure and scaling the talent acquisition organization. Asmar also worked as a Business Manager in Professional Services at a BMC Elite partner before transitioning into agency recruiting roles at various recruitment agencies. In these roles, they excelled in new business acquisition and generated substantial revenue through cold calling, relationship-building, and exemplary delivery.
