Suman Chahar (She/Her)

Suman Chahar (She/Her) has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Suman is currently working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Delphix since February 2021. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at VMware, where they worked in Talent Acquisition from June 2016 to February 2021. Suman also gained experience as a Sourcing Specialist at Oracle from April 2015 to June 2016. Suman started their career at CareerNet Consulting as an HR-Talent Acquisition professional from June 2013 to January 2015.

Suman Chahar completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources at Bharti Vidyapeeth University in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Symbiosis International University. In August 2015, they obtained a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from the institution, Social Talent.
