Kristy Lam

Kristy Lam has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, currently serving as a Product Owner at Delta Dental of Washington since June 2006, where involvement includes supporting internal and external application testing and collaborating with QA Test Lead on test plans and project risk identification. Previous roles at Delta Dental include Senior Systems Analyst, Software Tester III, Software Tester II, and Senior Software QA Test Analyst. Prior to Delta Dental, Kristy held positions as a Functional Test Analyst at Boeing and Software Test Analyst at both Washington National Guard and Ravenworks. Kristy Lam earned a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington from 1998 to 2000.
