Michelle Kocher

Michelle is a quality improvement and business intelligence leader. She joined Delta’s customer service team in 2006 and soon after began working in all aspects of the business.

Michelle drives Delta’s daily operations, leading the sales support, customer service, inside sales, human resources, marketing, and IT teams.
