Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Ben is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Deltatre since August 2022, leading teams and projects related to web and webtv development. Prior to that, they worked at Napster Group as a Software Engineer from September 2021 to August 2022, where they focused on developing features for 10ft devices and improving performance. Ben also worked at Endeavor Streaming as a Software Engineer from September 2019 to September 2021, where they played a key role in developing in-app payments for UWP apps on Xbox and introducing continuous integration practices. Before that, they were employed by BT, where they held roles such as Senior Front-End Developer and Front-End Developer, managing a team of front-end developers and delivering high-frequency changes in an e-commerce work stream. Ben began their career as an Apprentice Software Engineer at BT, where they underwent a three-year apprenticeship and gained experience in front-end development using various technologies.

Ben Rogers attended Staffordshire University from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a Foundation degree in Information Technology.
