Steve Roman

Steve Roman has a diverse work experience in data management and analysis. Steve worked at Deluxe as a lead for global platform operations, managing a team of data analysts. Steve also served as a business intelligence analyst at Deluxe, where they created documentation, conducted training sessions, and provided support for client workflows. Before that, Steve worked at Amazon as a data analyst for market intelligence, identifying system issues and implementing data migration initiatives. Steve also worked as a data associate for Amazon Go, where they improved technology platforms, developed process improvement initiatives, and facilitated communication between users and developers.

Steve Roman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Steve has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2023 and 2022, respectively. In 2022, they also acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. Additionally, Steve Roman completed the "Strategy for Management Consultants & Business Analysts" course from Udemy in 2020 and the "SQL Fundamentals" course from SoloLearn in 2019.
