Balaji Iyer

Balaji Iyer is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in engineering operations and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Demandbase since April 2023, Balaji previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering Operations at Illumio from October 2016. Additional roles include Director of Engineering Operations at Illumio and Director of Program Management at Nuage Networks. Balaji's earlier experience includes senior program management at Juniper Networks and program management roles at VMware and BMC Software, where Balaji started as a Senior QA Engineer. Balaji holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
