Namha Edwards

Namha Edwards is a seasoned attorney specializing in corporate law with extensive experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Demandbase since May 2021, Namha provides practical legal advice on commercial contracts, cross-border transactions, and critical issues such as privacy and compliance. Previously, Namha held a similar role at Deltek from September 2013 to May 2021, overseeing legal support across various business lines while managing legal risks. Namha started a legal career as an Associate at DLA Piper from March 2006 to July 2013, advising on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters for public and private companies. Namha holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a B.A. in Ancient Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
