Mitch Causey is the CEO and Co-Founder of Demandwell, a previous Director of Marketing at Lessonly, and Orr Fellow. Mitch has also held positions as an SEO Manager, SEO Consultant, Business Consultant, and Marketing Manager.

Mitch has a long history of working in various marketing and management positions. Mitch started their career as a Marketing Manager at McConn Coffee Co. in 2009. Mitch then went on to Inspire Consulting Inc. as a Business Consultant from 2009 to 2010. After that, they became an SEO Consultant at Slingshot SEO from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they took on the role of SEO Manager at Defender Direct until 2014 when they joined Lessonly as their Director of Marketing.

In January 2019, Mitch Causey left Lessonly to start Demandwell with co-founder Graham Cochran. Demandwell is a software company that helps sales teams close more deals by providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
