Joshua H. Jones

Joshua H. Jones is a skilled instructional designer with extensive experience in developing training programs and e-Learning certifications. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Dematic since January 2022, Joshua creates training content for the Global Product Engineering community and collaborates with subject matter experts to assess training needs and design effective performance measurements. Prior roles include instructional design at Stellantis, where Joshua contributed to training development for Customer Care agents, and at Ford Motor Company, where Joshua specialized in learning and development using best practices for the BOM tool. Joshua’s career also includes research consultancy at eePulse, Inc., and teaching assistance at New Mexico State University, complemented by an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and dual degrees in Psychology and Communications from Adrian College.
